Since 2019, MIC-Events by ACC – under the brand Made-In-Cuba-Events – has stood for exceptional productions in the Caribbean. For more than three decades, Andreas Blass has operated in international markets at the intersection of strategy, growth, and operational leadership.
Born in Germany and shaped by a strong European conviction, he developed an international mindset early on — geographically, culturally, and entrepreneurially.
His career began in the family-owned tour operating business, where entrepreneurship, responsibility, and customer focus were part of everyday life. From there, he moved into the international aviation industry, assuming senior leadership roles with full strategic accountability.

Born in Gran Canaria, Eduardo Quevedo began his professional career in Barcelona as a consulting for business process optimisation within the framework of ISO standards. Early on, he recognised that sustainable improvement goes beyond certification — it requires entrepreneurial thinking and practical implementation.
After four years, he deliberately chose the path of entrepreneurship. His vision: to bring continuous improvement principles directly to small and medium-sized enterprises and enable tangible, measurable progress.
With more than 20 years of consulting experience and projects carried out in over one hundred companies across various industries and sizes, he brings exceptional analytical and diagnostic capabilities. His technical engineering mindset combined with strategic management expertise creates a comprehensive advisory approach.
He also possesses extensive knowledge in applying for and obtaining public subsidies and deep know-how for regulatory compliance — a critical advantage when implementing business improvements that are not only strategically sound but also financially and legally optimised.

Born in Cuba, due to the circumstances in her home country, entrepreneurial and practical thinking was a necessity for Dalney from the very beginning. She began her professional career in executive roles for product development for a travel agency — a business environment where organisation, quality, and customer experience converge.
At the age of 33, she chose the entrepreneurial path and founded MIC EVENTS. Within a short time, the company became the leading event agency, recognised for its creativity, authenticity, attention to detail, and deep understanding of client needs.
Dalney combines strategic organisational skills and creativity with exceptional energy and charismatic leadership. Together with her team, she has delivered high-profile international events — including the events for the Spanish Crown during the State Visit of the royal couple to Cuba in 2019.
Her international expertise is reflected in successfully executed events across the Caribbean, the United States, Spain, and Germany. She navigates multicultural environments with confidence, integrating creative concepts with precise operational execution.
